Photolithography Reticle
A photolithography reticle is a high-precision optical pattern created directly from CAD data using laser or electron-beam direct-write lithography systems on a chrome-on-glass substrate (COG blank), without requiring a traditional master photomask.
Key Advantages:
- Fast turnaround from design to finished product (days to weeks)
- Supports highly customized, complex, or unique patterns
- Sub-micron resolution with sharp edges and exceptional accuracy
- Cost-effective for prototypes, small-batch production, and frequent design iterations
Applications: Test reticles in semiconductor lithography processes, custom pattern transfer, R&D prototyping and validation, precision optical component fabrication, and any micro/nano fabrication scenario requiring rapid iteration.

Medical Devices
We have extensive experience supplying ophthalmology components for eye examination instruments.
Our team specializes in custom manufacturing of medical device components featuring precision grooves, ridges, channels, holes, windows, and other complex geometric patterns.
By combining micro-lithographic patterning with advanced fabrication techniques, we provide versatile solutions for constructing microfluidic devices on quartz, soda-lime glass, and borosilicate substrates.
Just like our other services, we can produce medical device components exactly to your specified patterns and requirements.

Microscope Eyepiece Graticule
Microscope Eyepiece Graticule
A precision scale or pattern placed in the focal plane of a microscope eyepiece (also called ocular micrometer graticule). Common types include linear micrometer scales, counting grids, crosshairs, or specialized patterns (e.g., hemocytometer grids, particle counting reticles). Provides accurate measurement of length, area, particle count, or cell density at the microscopic level (micron-scale resolution).
Extensively used in biology, materials science, quality control, pathology, and scientific microscopy.

04
Surveying Graticule
An eyepiece graticule installed in surveying instruments such as theodolites, levels, total stations, and auto-levels. Typically features crosshairs, stadia hairs (for tacheometric distance measurement), angle scales, or specialized grids for accurate horizontal/vertical angle reading, stadia ranging, and precise positioning. Engineered for high stability and durability, often etched on glass with optional illumination for field work. Essential for land surveying, engineering measurement, topographic mapping, and construction layout.hemocytometer grids, particle counting reticles). Provides accurate measurement of length, area, particle count, or cell density at the microscopic level (micron-scale resolution).

05
MicroscRifle Scope Reticleope Eyepiece Graticule
precision-etched glass reticle designed specifically for rifle scopes and telescopic sights. Common patterns include crosshairs, Mil-Dot, Duplex, BDC (Bullet Drop Compensator), or tree-style designs, enabling fast target acquisition, range estimation, windage correction, and ballistic drop compensation. Illuminated versions are available for low-light conditions. Widely used in hunting, tactical shooting, competitive marksmanship, and military precision aiming.

We’ve been partnering with you for 10 years now, and have used quite a number of your encoder discs over that time. I have to say, the latest batches are the best-looking and most precise ones I’ve seen in all these years on our test equipment. Our theodolite and level instrument motors are now fully back in spec, with rock-solid performance. It’s great to see the flutter tests and time base error tests all returning to normal — the results are excellent. Thank you and your team for the consistent support and quality over the past decade!
