Product inquiries and files
When you submit an inquiry, we receive the email address you provide and any optional name, company, country or region, product, quantity, message and files. We use this information to review your requirements, respond to the inquiry, prepare a quotation and keep the technical and commercial record needed for follow-up.
The website stores a private server-side copy before sending the inquiry to our business mailbox. Accepted intake records and attachments are normally removed from the intake system after 30 days. A record may remain longer if notification delivery has failed and the issue still needs retry or manual resolution.
