Glass substrates, photomasks and patterned optical components made to your specifications.

Patterned glass photomask supplied by TL OPTIK

What are you sourcing?

Choose the situation that fits your project. The component specification remains the reference.

New component

Your drawing is the starting point.

Include the required quantity, target delivery and any inspection or documentation needs not already covered by the drawing. Identify the released revision; there is no need to type every drawing dimension again.

Second-source & replacement

Keep the requirement clear when changing supply.

Use the existing specification to identify the material, geometry and acceptance criteria that must remain unchanged. List any permitted alternatives separately so they can be reviewed before manufacture.

Repeat & scheduled supply

Reorder against the approved configuration.

Reference the previous part and revision, then add the new quantities and required delivery dates. Forecast demand, batch documentation and packaging can be discussed as part of the quotation.

A quotation you can compare

These items define the scope of a quotation. Requirements, availability and any additional charges are confirmed for the individual project.

Part & revision
Drawing and pattern-data revision, material, manufacturing scope and any points still requiring agreement.
Quantity & price
Initial and repeat quantities, unit pricing and any one-time data-preparation or tooling charges that apply.
Inspection & records
Critical features, measurement method, sampling or individual checks, and the documents required with delivery.
Timing & delivery
Sample and production timing, lead-time starting conditions, destination and packaging. Distinguish the shipping date from the required arrival date.

From approval to repeat supply

  1. Confirm the scope

Review the released requirements, quotation assumptions and open questions before the order proceeds.

  2. Approve what matters

Where needed, agree the artwork preview, first article and inspection record. A drawing preview does not replace inspection of the finished part.

  3. Deliver the agreed part

Connect the supplied part and revision with the agreed checks, packaging and delivery documents.

  4. Review repeat orders

Check the current revision, quantity and schedule. Review relevant changes against the approved requirements.

Optical pattern inspection platform

Agree how the part is accepted

A conformity statement, dimensional inspection record and calibration document serve different purposes. Specify what your receiving inspection needs, including the features measured, method, sampling and required records.

For patterned parts, also agree the useful area, viewing side, illumination and acceptable defect limits. The available documentation is confirmed with the project scope.

Review quality, inspection & delivery

Before you inquire

I already have a complete drawing. What else is needed?

Add the required quantity, timing and destination, plus any acceptance documents or packaging needs not shown on the drawing. We can use the drawing for the dimensions already defined.

Can we discuss confidentiality before sending files?

Yes. Submit your contact details and a brief non-confidential description, and mention that an NDA discussion is needed. An attachment is not required to start the inquiry.

Can I order one process instead of a complete part?

Describe the starting material or part, its current condition and the required result. Process availability, incoming-part requirements and inspection scope are reviewed for the project. Review processing options

Discuss your next component

Send your current specification and purchasing requirements. If some points are undecided, identify them so the review can focus on what matters.
